Fundamentals Course (5 sessions)


Starts the 1st week of each month on M, W, F at 10 am/6 pm (Other times available as per request)
Upon completion, there will be 2 weeks of transition into group classes.
*Mandatory requirement to join CrossFit group classes

CrossFit Classes (unlimited)

$185 / Mon

*memberships start 2nd month after the Fundamentals Course and Transition Period



General Fitness Classes

$160 / Mon

Access to 10 classes a week, including Basecamp, Functional Strength, and Skills and Movement. *NO access to Crossfit or Weightlifting (See schedule for class times – no term required – discounts apply to CrossFit memberships only )

Richards 2 class comp camp

$50 / Per

We will focus on improving you and your teams potential by working on:

  • Competition movements
  • Strategy
  • Cycling
  • Preparation
  • Mental toughness

Cost for the 2 sessions will be $50/person.


Weightlifting Classes (2x/week)

No term required
Must pass an assessment to attend ($40), or have lifting experience
Thursday at 6 pm, Saturday at 9 am
