Membership holds and cancellations

To Request a membership hold, please fill out the form below. Holds must be submitted a minimum of 14 days in advance. Any payments due within the 14 days after the hold has been requested must be paid in full. This applies to all membership types, including prepaid, monthly, and student memberships. Holds are for a minimum of 30 days, and a maximum of 2 months per calendar year. There is a $25 hold charge per month.
Please fill out the form below and one of our team members will review your request. No-term memberships, including student memberships, require a 30 day notice for cancellations. Any payments due within the 30 days must be paid in full. Any term committed memberships, including 6 or 12 months, and prepaid memberships, may have cancellation fees as outlined in your Membership Terms and Conditions.
