Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer
Sameen is a registered kinesiologist with the BCAK, with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University. Growing up as an athlete, Sameen developed a keen interest in physical activity, which inspired her to work in the health and fitness industry. She has worked as both a personal trainer and fitness instructor and has taught introductory weightlifting, HIIT, and circuit-based group fitness classes. She is also an experienced strength and conditioning coach who has worked with various varsity teams at McMaster. Further, she has worked with a variety of clients ranging from youth to older populations, as well as special populations such as multiple sclerosis patients. Sameen strives to make physical activity enjoyable and accessible and wants to help others improve their physical and mental well-being.
