About Cole:

Cole has been a personal trainer for 8 years, specializing in functional movement patterns, injury correction/prevention and strength and conditioning. At the age of 15 I was diagnosed with disc degenerative disease and was forced out of playing hockey. With the inspiration to get his health back, he learned from a Back Specialist how to not only get better but perform at a high level without pain. With this knowledge, it has been his motivation to help others with pain or movement restrictions and have them being the best version of themselves!

Turning Point:

With a traditional and structured style of training that mainly focused on bodybuilding movements Cole came to Overdrive Athletic Club and learned a more functional style of training that enhanced his ability to take his own and his client foundations to the next level. Not only has his performance significantly increased but has been able to transform the mind and bodies of the members and personal clients!

Motivation:

Cole’s motivation not only comes from performing and an elite level but to continue to learn how to become the best possible coach he can. He hopes that he can consistently help motivate and change others by maintaining high energy in each and every class.
