Overdrive Athletic Club (updated August 2020)

1. You may only have 1 reservation per day. You are welcome to reserve a class and if you wish to train in a different class time and it’s full you can put yourself on the waitlist for another class time. But as soon as you get the confirmation that you’ve got a spot in the other class you must decide within 5 min which class you plan to attend and login and remove yourself from 1 of them. If we find that you are sitting on 2 confirmed spots (for more than 30 min) a late cancel fee will be applied.

2. Please unreserve for a class as soon as you know you can’t attend it. This will allow another person more time to prepare and know that they have a class booked. This is just being kind and considerate to fellow members, as well as helping you with time management and prioritizing your days. The window to unreserve/late cancel closes 8 hours before your class time so be sure to unreserve by that time. If you No-Show or Late Cancel a class you will be charged $20. Also be aware that if you are on a waitlist for a spot in class and you go to bed not planning to attend (or check) to see if you made it into a class the next morning then be sure to unreserve. If you miss the class because you didn’t see the email it is still your spot, and you will be a no-show. This is more important now with our 8 hour late cancellation window.

3. Our reservation window is 48 hours in advance. This will allow everyone a fair and equal opportunity to reserve their class of choice and stay organised throughout the week. Once you reserve your spot, you are committed and should prioritize this most important daily event in your lives…fitness!

4. Punctuality is a MUST. Members are expected to arrive at the gym 15 minutes prior to the start of class, and be at your station ready to go 5 minutes before the start of class. This is a fundamental life practice of being on time and respecting your peers, your coach, and most importantly yourself. DO NOT enter the gym space until the previous class has vacated and the floors cleaned.

We know this new structure and guideline is new and different for many of you, but it has been put in place to continue professionalizing our gym processes. The ultimate objective is to fully service our members in a safe, fair, and efficient manner. We are always striving to be the best and most progressive gym for you to train in.

*Please respect social spacing in the gym, and transition in/out of classes efficiently. At this time, there is no social lingering allowed inside the gym (socializing outside at your own discretion is okay).
