IF YOU THINK LIFTING IS DANGEROUS TRY BEING WEAK
Our weightlifting classes are designed for all athletes who have a minimum of 6 months of CrossFit or have been introduced to weightlifting prior to joining Overdrive. In our classes, you will practice both the Olympic lifts, the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk, as well as skill transfer exercises, skill development exercises pertaining to the two major lifts under the watchful eyes of our experienced coaches.
Whether you’re training for a competition, newer to the lifts, developing your athletic capacity for CrossFit or another sport, or just enjoy the feeling of moving something heavy over-head, this class is for you!
